In 2019, we transitioned full-time into luxury building materials—drawing on our founder’s background in architecture, remodeling, and decorative hardware purchasing. With the addition of team members bringing applied category expertise, we’ve strengthened our focused, agile approach and remain committed to the fundamentals: showing up, following up, and following through.

KEN YUNKER, FOUNDER and PRINCIPAL REPRESENTATIVE
Ken (BS-Business Administration, University of Southern Maine) founded Reps East in 2000, applying his background in establishing a custom and OEM manufacturing company, launching consumer products, brand building, working in the outdoor recreation, home building, and decorative plumbing and lighting industries. Before founding Reps East, Ken worked with companies as a business consultant across diverse industries at the SBA’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC), specializing in materials & process cost analysis, sales program analysis, competitive and emerging market research & analysis, and identifying distribution channels. Ken effectively manages sales growth for manufacturers regionally and nationally with confidence based on those broad business experiences. His leadership is strengthened by his appetite for reading business books and journals, and his inherent focus on relationships and consultancy practices.
BARRY MILLER, PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER and SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Barry (Masters of Business Administration, University of Connecticut) brings 30+ years’ experience in all aspects of the Kitchen, Bath, and Construction industries to his role at Reps East. Barry’s experience spans countless residential, commercial, multi-family, healthcare, and hospitality projects and their intricate requirements. His previous ownership and management of showrooms bring an invaluable appreciation for the complex demands dealers and designers face. His showroom tenure also established a critical understanding and appreciation for how good representatives support their showroom’s customers. His subsequent management and industry business development roles with key suppliers and manufacturers round out a vital skill set to support Reps East’s mission. Barry is a natural at applying his experience and passion in serving our manufacturers, channel partners, and agency team.
MARC WEISS, MANUFACTURER’S REP and SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Marc brings over 30 years of extensive experience in business-to-business sales, sales management, brand building, and product development to Reps East. His career includes collaborations with some of the most recognized names in the outdoor recreation and lifestyle industry. Marc is dedicated to gaining a deep understanding of the products he represents and the markets in which they perform best. He underscores that service and communication are the key elements of any successful B2B relationship, ensuring clients receive the highest level of support and expertise. As a key member of the Reps East team, Marc is known for his strategic approach, deep industry knowledge, and ability to build strong, lasting relationships. His passion for helping brands grow is matched by his commitment to driving success in the field. Whether he’s presenting managing key accounts or identifying growth opportunities, Marc consistently brings professionalism, insight, and energy to everything he does.
VINOD SIWLAL (AVI), ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS REPRESENTATIVE
Avi (Masters of Business Administration, Project Management Certificate) Iona University/LaPenta School of Business) has over a decade of experience in the building materials industry, bringing extensive knowledge in collaborating with architects, owners, and developers. His expertise and deep understanding of the industry have made him a valuable asset in various projects, ensuring successful partnerships and high-quality outcomes. With a strong foundation in project management and business strategy, Avi excels at navigating complex specifications, coordinating with design teams, and aligning product solutions with architectural vision. His approachable style, combined with a results-driven mindset, makes him a trusted liaison between manufacturers and the design-build community. Avi’s passion for architectural innovation and his commitment to client success consistently position him as a dependable resource throughout the project lifecycle.

Dianna Yunker is the backbone of Reps East, ensuring the company runs smoothly and professionally behind the scenes. As a founding team member, she has been integral to the agency’s operations from day one. With over 30 years of accounting expertise, Dianna not only oversees all financial matters but also manages the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the business moving. Her deep knowledge, steady leadership, and unwavering attention to detail make her an essential part of the Reps East team.
NOELLE BOWEN, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, DATA ANALYST, and DIGITAL IMAGERY
Noelle joined Reps East in 2016 as Executive Assistant to the founder, quickly becoming an invaluable part of the team. Over the years, her role has grown to reflect her diverse talents and dedication. In addition to her administrative expertise, Noelle brings a strong background in data analytics, helping to inform key business decisions with clarity and precision. Her creative side shines through her photography, where she captures the essence of Reps East’s culture, events, and behind-the-scenes moments. As our in-house photographer and visual storyteller, Noelle helps share the heart of our brand in a way that words often can’t.
NATASHA SLAWINSKI, BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST CONSULTANT
Initially joining as an Executive Assistant in 2005, Natasha has continued to be a trusted partner of Reps East. After moving out of state in 2008 and working remotely for 3 years, she successfully transitioned into a long-standing consultant role with us in 2011, providing high-level, strategic support in administration, operations, marketing, HR, and finance. She has developed and simplified processes and procedures, implemented technology to increase operational efficiency, and provided strategic consultation around recruiting and onboarding, showcasing her ability to adapt, lead initiatives, and provide executive-level insight.
