KEN YUNKER, FOUNDER and PRINCIPAL REPRESENTATIVE
Ken, (BS-Business Administration, University of Southern Maine), founded Reps East in 2000 applying his background in establishing a custom and OEM manufacturing company, launching consumer products, brand building, working in the outdoor recreation, home building and decorative plumbing and lighting industries. Prior to founding Reps East, Ken worked with companies as a business consultant across diverse industries at the SBA’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) specializing in materials & process cost analysis, sales program analysis, competitive and emerging market research & analysis and identifying distribution channels. Ken effectively manages sales growth for manufacturers regionally and nationally with confidence based on those broad business experiences. His leadership is strengthened by his appetite for reading business books and journals and inherent focus on relationships and consultancy practices.
BARRY MILLER, PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER and SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Barry, (Masters of Business Administration, University of Connecticut), brings 30+ years’ experience in all aspects of the Kitchen, Bath and Construction industries to his role at Reps East. Barry’s experience spans countless residential, commercial, multi-family, healthcare and hospitality projects and their intricate requirements. His previous ownership and management of showrooms brings an invaluable appreciation for complex demands dealers and designers face. His showroom tenure also established a critical understanding and appreciation for how good representatives support their showroom’s customers. His subsequent management and industry business development roles with key suppliers and manufacturers round out a vital skill set to support Reps East’s mission. Barry is a natural at applying his experience and passion in serving our manufacturers, channel partners, and agency team.
MARC WEISS, MANUFACTURER’S REP and SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Marc brings over 30 years of extensive experience in business-to-business sales, sales management, brand building and product development to Reps East. His career includes collaborations with some of the most recognized names in the outdoor recreation and lifestyle industry. Marc is dedicated to gaining a deep understanding of the products he represents and the markets in which they perform best. He underscores service and communication are the key elements of any successful B2B relationship, ensuring clients receive the highest level of support and expertise.
VINOD SIWLAL (AVI), ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS REPRESENTATIVE
Avi, (Masters of Business Administration, Project Management Certificate, Iona University/LaPenta School of Business) has over a decade of experience in the building materials industry, bringing extensive knowledge in collaborating with architects, owners, and developers. His expertise and deep understanding of the industry have made him a valuable asset in various projects, ensuring successful partnerships and high-quality outcomes.

DIANNA YUNKER, ACCOUNTING MANAGER and OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Dianna is the true strength behind the scenes supporting Reps East operational professionalism as a sales agency. Working with Reps East since founded, coupled with over 30 years experience in accounting, she manages the financial and daily operations.
NOELLE BOWEN, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, DATA ANALYST, and DIGITAL IMAGERY
Noelle began working with Reps East in 2016 as Executive Assistant to the founder. Her role evolved over the years to include applying her expertise with data analytics, as well as her keen eye for photography designating her as our resident photographer, capturing our business culture and our inspiration behind the scenes.
NATASHA SLAWINSKI, BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST CONSULTANT
Natasha has worked for Reps East in an active and consultant role over the years. She began at Reps East as an Executive Assistant in 2005, but changed career paths when moving to new military duty stations with her family. In 2011, she began consulting for Reps East as a Business Support Specialist, allowing her to utilize her ever evolving skills in the workforce with her background in Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
